Been Six Months!! Sorry!!

Hello folks figured it would be a good time to make a post since I haven't for a bit. Nothing major going on out here...Just having a girl in February... A girl... AH GIRL??? REALLY? After having two boys I'm just trying to figure out the best most dignified way to have a complete meltdown. I mean really how do you, after having two rambunctious boys switch over to a frilly girl? I MEAN THE PARTS AREN'T THE SAME FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!! As much as my boys are drama-ish, to have a legit (potential) drama queen on my hands freaks me out!! With the boys if they get a bump and start crying I can do the whole "walk it off" thing but what do you do with a girl? My biggest fear is HINA!! He is so physical and is (unless he is unconscious) so 100 mph I just fear this child is going to be run over like road kill or punch drunk like Ali before she can even walk? I guess I'll just have to get over it. Any suggestions would be grateful at this time as I don't think I hav...
.....Hello?....Hello?.....Is this thing on? Mic test....1...2....3....4... So I figured I'd dust this old thing off and let you all know in my once in my few years address of whats been going on. But most of you who will actually read this probably know already about most of this stuff. Okay first thing probably the most important thing, we had another boy name Hinata Lamalii Sing or Hina for short....But as some of you know he just turned three so this may be old news but heck I am trying to do a consistent time line of important events okay? Second big event, we moved out of downtown SLC to Utah County. A condo in Lehi to be more specific...But yet again old news and we have already been hear over a year. Two next October. As fun as the old place was, having twice as much space is so much better. I like it because it is bigger but not to big as to not be able to hear each other if someone calls out. Best of all upon reflection NO TRAINS!!! It is so much quieter but as you ...
February Fun!!! Okay! Last post was January 31st Kazumi's birthday but it was more like a blurb than anything. So let's go over more events now. Hmm? I will probably forget a bunch of stuff, so if I do sorry. First about each of us starting with Loa. Loa has been getting better at making recognizable sounds. Besides "Nomu" (drink in Japanese) and "Mam-ma" which is baby talk in Japanese for food. He has a book with animals and he can pretty much make all the animal sounds from birds, dogs, cats, gorilla's and snakes. But there is one we all have an issue with. What kind of sound does a turtle make? I've been cheating and making the the fish sound which is just the bubbles popping sound but he hasn't accepted that since he knows what fish look like and their sound. My next attempt will be probably try to get him to do sounds or phrases from the turtle Crush from "Finding Nemo". Kinda your typical California surfer like "Hey Dude!...
H a p p y N e w Y e a r ! Well its been 9 months since I last wrote and I figured as my New Years resolution I would kick the blog around a bit more. I think since its been a while I'll give you a quick recap of what has happened since than first. Since March 2007 I have gone through 3 jobs till my current pos ition which I think was good for me in the long run. Our son celebrated his 1st birthday in June with some frien ds and his Gr andpa and Grandma Sing from Hawaii. Kazumi went back to her ol d job, because they allowed her to bring our son Loa with her. We also found out we will be expecting our next child (another boy) in early April. Okay, back to the present. For the holidays, as usu al it was a pretty quiet affair. Spent some time at the Yu's home for a pre-Christmas get together watching all the kids going crazy and enjoying some Japaneses food. Then a stint at the LDS hospital emergency room on Christmas night (Woo-hoo!) with Loa and a case of the Croup. Which is a...
The Times They are A-Chang'in!! So a month has passed me by again.....Man I'm getting old, hah! Especially when you start using Bob Dylan album names as the title to an entry but it fits pretty well to whats been happening around the Sing (Utah substation) household. Got a n ew job working for the City of Salt Lake as their newest IT person. Woot! this is a lot nicer than where I once was but man lots to learn in a good way! It's like Christmas here! The geek/nerd version that is. New hardware (computers) come flying through this department like crazy! I have 3 desktop PC's sitting on my desk right now. A personal one, an Administrators, and a PC just to test out Vista Business. All just for me! I also have a new laptop I'm working on for another person. TOYS! TOYS! TOYS! In the heart of the city I'm about half a block north of the Salt Lake City Library. Rated the top library in the U.S. for 2006. (SLC Library Purrteee huh?!) I would have had a view like the ...
